- Effective date:
- Upon publication
- Last updated:

1. Who we are
SiteSala is a website design, development and managed hosting service operated by Maldicore Group Pvt Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Maldives.
- Company registration: C-0282/2009
- Registered address: H. Hulhuleyge, Meheligoalhi, Male, Maldives
- Website: https://sitesala.com
- Contact: hello@sitesala.com
In these Terms, “SiteSala”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maldicore Group Pvt Ltd operating the SiteSala service.
These Terms apply to customers who purchase SiteSala services and visitors who use our website. Approved agents are also subject to separate agent agreements.
2. Accepting these Terms
By ordering or using a SiteSala service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you act for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
We may require you to confirm acceptance electronically before an order is accepted.
3. How SiteSala works
Every new SiteSala website begins with an approved SiteSala agent.
Your agent introduces the service, helps you understand the available packages and guides you through the business questionnaire. SiteSala is responsible for accepting orders, receiving payments, preparing website content, designing and building the website, and providing the agreed hosting service.
Agents are independent service partners, not employees of SiteSala. Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, agents cannot change SiteSala's prices, promise additional services, approve refunds, collect payments on our behalf or make commitments that override these Terms.
You pay SiteSala directly through an approved payment method communicated by SiteSala. Do not pay an agent personally for a SiteSala order.
An enquiry, agent introduction or submitted questionnaire does not by itself constitute an accepted order. We confirm when an order has been accepted.
4. Website packages
SiteSala offers the following standard website packages:
| Package | Price | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| SiteSala One | USD 299 | One website page with a contact details section |
| SiteSala Business | USD 499 | Up to five pages with one standard contact form |
| SiteSala Advanced | USD 799 | Up to ten pages with one advanced enquiry or request form |
All packages include:
- A mini brand book prepared for the website project
- Website copy prepared from the information you provide
- Responsive design for common desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes
- A simple content management system for supported text, image and contact-information updates
- Six months of managed hosting
These are brochure-style business websites. Unless separately agreed in writing, the packages do not include online stores, payment processing, customer accounts, live booking engines, complex integrations or custom business software.
An advanced enquiry or request form is a form for collecting and submitting information. It is not a live booking or reservation system.
Any additional work must be separately described, priced and accepted before it begins.
5. Your information and questionnaire
Your agent will guide you through a questionnaire about your business, services, customers, preferences and website requirements.
You are responsible for checking that the information you submit is accurate, complete and authorized for use.
You must approve your completed questionnaire before SiteSala accepts it for production.
We may use the approved information to prepare your mini brand book, website copy and website design. Reasonable editorial interpretation is part of the service, but we do not guarantee that independently verifiable claims about your business are accurate unless you have supplied and confirmed them.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or otherwise unsuitable for publication.
If essential information is missing, we may pause the project until it is provided.
6. Production and delivery
Once payment has been verified, the required questionnaire has been completed and approved, and SiteSala has accepted the project handover, we may begin production.
We will prepare a website demonstration for your review, ordinarily on a SiteSala-controlled preview address.
Any estimated completion time is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, unless we expressly agree to a specific deadline in writing.
Delivery times depend on the package, the information provided, technical requirements and the speed of customer responses.
We may pause work when we reasonably need clarification, access credentials, approvals or other information from you.
7. Review and revisions
Your package includes one consolidated revision round.
You have 14 calendar days after we notify you that the demonstration is ready to submit one combined list of requested changes.
The included revision round is intended for reasonable adjustments to the agreed website, such as visual refinements, minor wording changes and factual corrections.
It does not include a change of business concept, replacement of the approved questionnaire, a substantially different design direction, additional pages or functionality outside the purchased package.
We will explain when a request falls outside the included scope and obtain your agreement before undertaking separately charged work.
If we do not receive your revision list within the review period, we may contact you to arrange completion or close the included revision window after reasonable notice. We will not treat silence as approval of materially defective work.
8. Handover and launch
After the agreed work and included revision round are completed, we will arrange final handover.
Handover may include:
- Access to the supported content editor
- Connection to your domain, subject to your cooperation and the relevant provider's requirements
- Configuration of included website forms and their email delivery
- The mini brand book and final website copy
- Hosting and ongoing service information
You are responsible for supplying the access, approvals and information reasonably needed to connect your domain and configure services.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver a functioning website consistent with the agreed package. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, browser or third-party service.
9. Domain ownership
You purchase, register and renew your domain in your own name or business account, using a registrar of your choice.
Your domain registration fees are separate from SiteSala's website package and hosting charges.
We may recommend technical settings or a DNS provider, but you are not required to transfer ownership of your domain to SiteSala.
You remain responsible for renewing your domain and maintaining access to your registrar account.
SiteSala is not responsible for a domain expiring or becoming unavailable because of matters outside our control.
10. Hosting
Each website package includes six months of managed hosting.
After the included period, hosting is available at:
- USD 12 per month, or
- USD 120 per year.
You may arrange prepaid hosting for up to ten years, subject to the availability of the service and the terms confirmed at purchase.
Hosting renewals are manual. We will not automatically charge your payment method for a renewal without a separate authorization.
We may send reminders before a hosting period expires, but you remain responsible for arranging payment if you wish to continue.
If hosting is not renewed, we may suspend the hosted website after giving reasonable notice and an opportunity to renew or arrange an exit, subject to applicable law and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Managed hosting covers the hosting environment and the routine technical management reasonably required to keep the agreed website operational, including supported security, SSL, backups and website form infrastructure.
It does not include unlimited redesigns, new features, ongoing marketing, third-party subscription fees or continuous content production.
11. Website content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of original business materials, logos, photographs, trademarks and content that you provide, or otherwise have the legal right to use.
You grant SiteSala and its necessary service providers permission to use those materials to perform the contracted services.
Once the agreed package has been paid in full, you receive the right to use the final delivered website content, visual design and mini brand book for your business, subject to any applicable third-party licenses and the exclusions below.
SiteSala retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, reusable code, software, templates, production methods, platform infrastructure and general know-how.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of SiteSala's hosting platform, content management software, internal production tools or backend source code.
Third-party fonts, photographs, software and other materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
We will not knowingly include third-party materials in a way that prevents the intended ordinary use of your delivered website, but some materials may be subject to usage restrictions.
12. Content management
Your website includes a simple content editor for supported updates.
You are responsible for changes you make after handover, including their accuracy, legality and suitability.
The editor is not a general-purpose website builder and does not guarantee the ability to change every layout, design element or feature.
We may limit access or temporarily disable a feature when reasonably necessary to protect website security or service integrity.
13. Agents, communication and information sharing
Your approved agent may need information about your project to guide you effectively.
SiteSala may share relevant information with the agent assigned to your project, including:
- Your business name and contact details
- Your selected package and project status
- Questionnaire progress and relevant approved responses
- Information needed to coordinate clarification, review or handover
- Relevant payment confirmation or outstanding-payment status, without disclosing unnecessary financial credentials
- Communications and records necessary to investigate a complaint, conflict, reassignment or cancellation
Agents must use information received through SiteSala only for authorized SiteSala-related purposes and must protect it against unauthorized disclosure.
We may restrict an agent's access, reassign a project or communicate with a customer directly when needed to resolve a problem or protect the customer or the service.
An agent does not have an unrestricted right to customer data merely because the agent introduced the customer.
Further details appear in our Privacy Policy.
14. Agent reassignment
We expect approved agents to begin meaningful questionnaire guidance within three calendar days after verified payment.
If your assigned agent has not started that work within this period, we may reassign your project to another approved agent.
You may also request a different agent before the branding questionnaire session has begun.
Once work is underway, reassignment requests will be reviewed individually, taking account of progress, continuity, fairness and the circumstances of the request.
An agent reassignment does not, by itself, cancel your SiteSala order or create an automatic refund entitlement.
15. Payments
Prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payment methods are communicated by SiteSala and may vary depending on your country and the availability of approved payment providers.
We may use third-party payment providers to process payments or verify receipt.
An order is not treated as paid until SiteSala has verified receipt of the required funds.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or bank or payment-provider charges that are properly disclosed or imposed by the relevant provider, except where the law requires a different arrangement.
We do not require customers to disclose card passwords, wallet recovery phrases or similar sensitive credentials to an agent.
16. Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
For voluntary customer cancellations, a 50% refund of the initial website package price may be available only before either of these events occurs:
- You submit your completed business questionnaire; or
- SiteSala begins website production.
Whichever event happens first closes the standard voluntary early-cancellation window.
After that point, voluntary cancellation does not normally qualify for a refund of the website package price.
This policy does not remove any mandatory legal rights or remedies available to you, including where SiteSala fails to provide services as required by applicable law.
Hosting cancellations and refunds are addressed separately in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for material non-payment, unlawful content, serious misuse, security threats or a material breach of these Terms.
Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it before suspension.
We may act immediately when reasonably necessary to prevent unlawful activity, serious harm or a significant security risk.
You may request termination or non-renewal of your hosting service by contacting us.
Any outstanding obligations and applicable refund rights will be handled under these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
18. Leaving SiteSala and exporting your website
If you leave SiteSala, you may request:
- An export of available website content as static HTML
- An export of available customer-collected website data in CSV format
Static HTML is not the same as a fully portable version of SiteSala's hosted website system. Dynamic features, backend services, form processing, content editor functions and proprietary source code may not be included.
We will explain material export limitations when processing an exit request.
Following service termination, relevant website data will ordinarily be retained for up to two months to support reasonable recovery or export requests, unless earlier deletion is required or a longer period is justified or required by law, security, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.
After the applicable period, data may be deleted and recovery may no longer be possible.
19. Third-party services
SiteSala may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, domain configuration, security, payment processing and related services.
Some functions may be affected by third-party outages, policy changes or technical limitations.
We will take reasonable steps to manage the services under our control, but we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of independent third-party systems.
20. Warranties and liability
We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill and seek to deliver the scope agreed for your package.
We do not promise particular search-engine rankings, website traffic, customer enquiries, sales, revenue or business outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the service was purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
21. Complaints and disputes
Please contact hello@sitesala.com if you have a concern about your website, agent, payment, cancellation or any other SiteSala service.
We may review relevant communications, questionnaire approvals, project records, payment confirmations and agent activity to understand and resolve a complaint.
We will share only the information reasonably needed with the people involved in resolving the issue.
We encourage parties to attempt a fair resolution through direct communication before pursuing formal proceedings.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws that cannot legally be excluded.
Any court jurisdiction provision must be interpreted consistently with those mandatory rights.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations or legal requirements.
We will publish the updated version and its effective date.
For material changes affecting an existing paid service, we will provide appropriate notice and will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights without a lawful basis.
